We have 30 different products to put in the vending machines, like condoms, vibrators, herbal aphrodisiacs, inflatable sheep to name a few. Our electronic vending machines are fitted with GSM cell phone technology so we know when the machine is running out, or if there is a rare problem with the machine it automatically informs your local RedHotVend operator and they will schedule a service visit!
It is that easy – because when you mix alcohol with some fun, adult novelty toys – you always have a party on your hands. You won’t be able to get them to leave! You won’t find our range of products anywhere else!
Put together, the owners of this company have over 15 years experience in this niche industry, so we understand the importance of keeping track of your cash flow. We have commission systems in place for single sites and nationally managed chains.If you have 10 or more venues with our machines in we give you access to our online cash tracking system. This is updated by the operators after each visit – this way you can see what you are due.
Usually with national chains we pay on a quarterly basis, but this is not set in stone and can be monthly or annually. With 9 or less venues the operators will pay cash, usually at each visit, direct to the owner/manager.
At each visit from one of our operators, they inform the management they are on the premises and are there to refill the machine. Once the machine has downloaded the sales data to the operators PDA, they will require a signature to confirm the visit. Once that has been done, you can have the commission in cash immediately – if enough is available. These machines also take credit card and will soon be able to take payment by cell phone, maximizing your income!
All that we require from you is a space to mount the machine on the wall, we do the rest… We pay commission on vending sales promptly, either direct to your venue, or to your head office, whichever you prefer. But, it’s not just all about commission. When your customers are having fun, they stay in your venue longer and that boosts your drink sales and reputation. Word of mouth recommendations are the most effective.
Depending on your operator, we can also organize some fun theme nights for you. Imagine a "RedHotEvent" promotion in your venue! And it doesn’t stop there – we will also list your venue on our website as a "RedHot" venue, together with some great pictures and your customers can visit the website and make their comments!
The vending machines are wall mounted and are about 3ft high, 3ft wide and 1ft deep. They are mostly black with a flash of color from our brand logo. There is also a LCD color screen visible at eye level. This screen displays ads for our product range, national advertising, local advertising. We can also display ads for you – this will be rotated with the other ads for free.
The vending machine sells 8 different products at a time and range from $2 to $12. The vending machine accepts $1, $5, $10, $20 bills and credit or debit cards.
There are 30 different products in our range so we usually rotate them to encourage repeat customers. We also have some seasonal products – like flashing Santa Hats and vibrating Easter Eggs. Our best sellers in the men’s restroom are the Inflatable Pig and inflatable Sheep, Herbal ‘V’, Cannabis flavored condoms and a Vibrating Ring. In the women’s restroom it’s Flashing Nipples, Jumping Peckers, a large Inflatable pecker and Glowing condoms.
The machine is wholly owned, paid for and installed at the cost of your local business operator. He or she commits to keeping your stock levels high, maintaining and servicing the machine whenever necessary and occasionally – where appropriate – supplying you with free promotional materials. There is nothing for you to do other then receive monthly cash payments.
The commission varies from venue to venue. For most venues we offer a generous 10% commission rate for every dollar put into the machine. If you are part of a chain or network of bars and we install machine in over 5 of your venues then the commission rates rises up to 15%.
Remember – there is no contract to sign, so you’re not tied down. You can request a product change at any time. We recommend keeping the best sellers in stock all year round – but changing the others often. Your operator will manage this stock rotation automatically.
We know that bars near college campuses work well and also busy downtown bars where there are a lot of people at the weekend. The more venues you have the more commission we offer you. In Europe tens of thousands of pounds are paid to national chains every few months – all for doing nothing. The single sites love us because it’s cash in hand each month – for doing nothing!
