Inside the machine is an advanced GSM Module which runs on a national cell network. This allows the machine to connect to a credit processing server and debit the card used. The machine accepts most credit and debit cards. Any transactions made through your machine are deposited straight into your bank account on a monthly cycle. No. This is one of the best things about this industry, your vending machines are your employee's! Your vending machines won't quote the employment act to you, they won't talk back to you, they don't need health insurance and they are always at work! However, if you are planning on expanding this business - eventually you might need some help. Depending on the distance between each machine - 300 machines would probably equate to a full time position. So why not employ someone to re-stock and concentrate on growing your vending route...

However, nothing in life is ever perfect and that holds true for machinery as well. Our initial training program will show you how to deal with any problem that arises. Inside every machine is a tool kit and a few spare parts. If you need assistance, we stand ready to assist you. The commission varies from venue to venue. For most venues we offer 10% commission rate for every dollar put into the machine. If the venue is part of a chain or network of bars and you install machines in over 5 of the venues then the commission rates rises to 15%. Remember - there is no contract for the venue to sign, so you need to make sure the venue are always paid on time and the machines are re-stocked before they run out - these small things keep your venue owner happy! Don't worry though, the machine will notify you before it needs to be filled. Keep the products fresh, rotate the product range every 3 months. We recommend keeping the best sellers in stock all year round and rotating the others seasonally.

First, we speak to our logistics team and see how soon we can get your machine order delivered. We also liaise with the vending machine locators who take any suggestions you have and start researching the best venues in your area. Then as soon as your machines have been delivered - our Business Development team fly to you and give you a 1 - 2 days full training on the machine and the business. For two days after that we assist you to install your first machines - we aim to help you install two machines a day. This is designed to leave you confident with the business model, fully trained in installing and servicing machines and earning your first dollar by day three!

Yes! Our Operator Support team are available from 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. We want to help you grow your business and actively share any tips and trade secrets with our operator network. We also have a private forum for our operators where you can ask questions of our support team and other operators for their experience. We also occasionally give away or sell promotional materials which you can use to give your sales even more of a boost! Annually you are also invited to a RedHotVend christmas party where you can meet other operators and the management team.

Our machines are equipped with GSM cell phone technology. Using this system you will be able to check your stock levels and see how much money your machine has taken in cash and in credit/debit cards. You can even have it setup so it emails you or sends you a text if you start to run low on any particular product. If the machine senses a problem or vandalism it will contact you immediately. Most machines will require a visit once every 4 weeks.

The LCD screen displays advertisements for the products inside the machine - boosting your revenue. It also occasionally shows ads which are shown across all machines nationally. If you, the operator, wanted to sell advertising on this screen you could do so - discuss this with our advertising team on 1-800-490-1108. It is also encouraged to offer free advertising space to the hosting venue - it can be a short video (less than 10 seconds or just a picture slide). The LCD is wired into the GSM module and can only be updated by RedHotVend head office - this is to ensure that RedHotVend adhere to advertising regulations set out by law.

The owners of RedHotVend have been both franchiser and franchisee in Europe for an exact replica of this business model. Together they have over 15 years experience placing this exact type of vending machine. During that time it was found that any high traffic venue with a demographic of customers between the ages of 18 and 35, which sells alcohol and doesn't charge a cover fee for entry was normally the most profitable. The best busy venues included college bars, hostel bars and dive bars.

There are two simple ways to order more stock for your machines. Using our Online Store or calling us directly on 1-800-490-1108 and asking for the Stock Sales team. Wholesale stock comes in boxes of 30 product. If an order is placed before noon, it usually ships the same day. Delivery times depend on where you are in the country. Wholesale orders are shipped from South San Francisco, CA. We use USPS priority as standard (1-4 days), we can also ship USPS Express (1-2 days) or Fedex Overnight (Next day if ordered before noon PST)
